Shipping & Returns
All Merry Alchemy products ship from the United States using standard first class shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking comes automatically with this service for domestic shipments.
Shipping within the United States:
Standard USPS First Class (up to 7 business days): $4.00 for all items except for Intention Jewelry, which is $10.00.
Priority USPS (2-3 business days): $7.00 for all items except for Intention Jewelry, which is $15.00.
Shipping to Canada:
USPS First Class International (delivery timeframe cannot be quoted): $20.00
Priority Mail International (typically 6-10 business days, but timeframe cannot be guaranteed): $40.00
USPS First Class International: $15.00 for all items except for intention jewelry, which is $30.00.
Priority Mail International: $40.00 for all items except for intention jewelry, which is $55.00.
A delivery time cannot be estimated on international shipments due to the unpredictability of Customs. We do not have control over how long it will take your package to clear, nor do we have control over the customs fees.
We do our best to ensure that your package is labeled accurately and clearly in order to ensure a smooth process through international customs. Please note, however, that your purchase may have import duties and taxes charged to it. This is decided by customs officials once a shipment reaches the country of destination and is completely outside of our control. Please contact your local customs office directly for specific amounts. It is your sole responsibility to pay any duties and/or taxes applied to your package. Merry Alchemy is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package.
Please note that you are responsible for the original shipping charges if you refuse a shipment from Merry Alchemy, any import duties, fees, and taxes that are incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to Eos & Alchemy. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Note that you will only be refunded for NON-custom jewelry purchases. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Shipments are made during business hours Monday through Friday. All Merry Alchemy jewelry is made to order with love and care and high attention to detail. Additionally, all intention jewelry pieces are put through a smudging ceremony to cleanse them of negative energy. As such, all non-custom orders will be shipped within 5 business days of the order placement.
Custom orders require more time for engraving and therefore will be shipped within three weeks (15 business days) of the order placement.
We know you are eager to start creating your dreams with your new jewelry, so we will always do our best to exceed these order processing times whenever possible.
We pride ourselves on the high quality of the jewelry that we make and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will always do our best to take care of our customers. Our philosophy is to be fair and reasonable in all our customer interactions; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us, as well.
We understand that sometimes you have a change of heart. For this reason, we offer returns on all NON-customized, jewelry within 30 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom jewelry and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Custom jewelry includes any item option in our store entitled CUSTOM that you ordered and entered your own intention into the notes for engraving.
To initiate a return, email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line, RETURN. Please let us know why you are returning your purchase. We are always looking to improve our customers’ experience and having feedback is very important to us. We will reply back to you within 2 business days with confirmation for you to go ahead and return the item to us. Please do not return any items to us without getting this confirmation first.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping or postal fees you incur when shipping your returns back to us. Please return your items to us through a postal service (e.g. USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) as we will not accept courier packages or packages sent with COD charges.
Please use a traceable shipping service that provides you with a tracking number and/or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot provide a refund for an item that we do not receive.
30 DAY GUARANTEE
We pride ourselves on the high quality of our jewelry construction. That said, if your jewelry breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it without any charges. Please email us within 30 days of purchase at email@example.com.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item in exchange for another item, initiate a return of the item that you do not wish to keep. At any time you may make a new purchase from our store for which the normal shipping fees and return policy also applies.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping your order will not be refunded.
